About Us
Bowald-Pohl has been in business since 2009. It started out as a sole proprietorship that primarily provided services in the field of energy wood trading and processing. In 2012, we began importing and distributing firewood in Switzerland for Eco Forest Firewood, which is part of the American Essay Group. In 2014, we entered the firewood business with our own company, Firewood Trade. Firewood Trade processes Swiss and imported wood. As our machine park grew, we received more and more inquiries from customers asking where they could purchase these machines. The foundation was laid for us to become active in the import and distribution of forestry and agricultural machinery. Today, we have developed and launched several of our own products, and we have well-known brands in our portfolio as a general importer. We embody entrepreneurship, product innovation, and comprehensive business development, from idea conception to solution design, implementation, market launch, and business expansion.
